Fruit ‘n Yogurt Granola Bars

“The Rizzipe”

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Welch’s® Fruit ‘n Yogurt Snacks* (pick your favorite flavor!)
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 2 cups granola
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate for topping

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, granola, honey, chia seeds, and Welch’s® Fruit ‘n Yogurt Snacks until everything is well combined.
  2. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and press the mixture in firmly. Drizzle chocolate on top of mixture.
  3. Freeze for about an hour, until solid. Then, take it out and cut it into squares**.
  4. Enjoy!

Fruit ‘n Yogurt Clusters

“Chocolate Boom”

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup Welch’s® Fruit ‘n Yogurt Snacks* (pick your favorite flavor!)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 4-5 strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • Optional: 2 tsp coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Chop the strawberries into small pieces**.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped strawberries, yogurt, and Welch’s® Fruit ‘n Yogurt Snacks until everything is well combined.
  3. Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure the clusters don’t touch.
  4. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Optional: Stir in a little coconut oil to help the chocolate melt more smoothly and make dipping easier.
  6. Take the frozen clusters out of the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate. Place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze again for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove Welch’s® Fruit ‘n Yogurt Chocolate Clusters from freezer and let thaw for 5 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
